SureSlim’s Sportsperson’s program is specifically designed for those of you doing 45mins or more of exercise at a time. It contains a plan with advice on how to increase the portion sizes of the meal prior to exercise. The increase will depend on your individual plan and how much exercise you are doing.
We have found that in today’s world many of our SureSlim clients often have to attend business lunches and dinners and are often entertaining clients. This doesn’t mean you cannot lose weight at the same time. Although it may be a little slower, we have a specific business person’s plan that will allow you to reach your goal weight and maintain it while still keeping these commitments and without going hungry.
The SureSlim Teenager’s Program has been designed for adolescents from 13 to 16 years old. As a parent or guardian you will be involved in the initial consultation so they understand how the program works as well as the changes that will take place as they loose weight but continue to grow.
Your teenager will learn how to control their weight by eating more healthily. It is not always necessary to determine a specific goal weight (unless their practitioner has suggested one) as the Teenager will be growing.
