Chilli Lime Salt

Australian Rock Salt infused with chilli and lime.

A unique and wonderful infusion of Australian Rock Salt, chilli flakes and dried limes gives a spicy, salty zing to all your cooking.  Wonderful ground onto the skin of potatoes before roasting and fish or steak before grilling.  It’s 5:1, salt:chilli, so not too hot.

Looks great on the table in a clear grinder!
