A fresh, yellow Thai curry base with ginger, garlic and mint and a medium heat. It can be used to make delicious Thai curries with seafood, meat or vegetables, just add coconut milk or cream to make a lovely creamy, yellow Thai curry or Laksa soup. Easy to add more chilli if you need more heat.
Or simply use Thai Spice to make an easy marinade by stirring with water and a little oil. Then baste your veggies, meat or fish before stir frying for a traditional Thai dish.
