Almond Dukkah with Sumac Spice

A delicious variation on the original Egyptian dukkah, we have blended almonds with an array of spices including the wonderfully tangy Middle Eastern spice, sumac to make a dukkah which is perfect sprinkled over salads, egg dishes etc. It also makes a crunchy, tasty coating for fish or meat and of course can be used as a scrummy dip with some good olive oil, balsamic vinegar and chuncky white bread.

Unlike many spice blends found on supermarket shelves, in which fillers and additives have been included, our high regard for quality allows us to use only the finest grade ingredients. In our spices blends you will find:
